• Dispatch Time:
  Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping Method:
  We ship via UPS Standard (with tracking and no signature required).
  If you prefer UPS Extra (signature required upon delivery), please contact us before placing your order – additional charges may apply.

• Tracking Your Order:
  Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.

💸 Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs.

• Handling fees are fixed. Shipping costs may vary based on the total weight and destination.

• For best value, we recommend grouping items into a single order, as we cannot combine orders placed separately – shipping charges will apply to each.

📦 Packaging & Protection

• We use secure and durable packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

• Special care is taken when packing fragile or perishable items.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

• Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

• Returns may be accepted based on the product type, condition, and reason.

• Perishable items (e.g., fresh food, snacks) are not eligible for return, unless damaged during transit.
